Marion Area Parks
BIG FALLS POND
This site provides access to Big Falls Pond, an impoundment of the NorthBranch of the Little Wolf River. The improved boat ramp is used as a take-out point for canoeists on the river. The predominately wooded shoreline and granite rock outcroppings on the opposite shore are particularly attractive from the launch area. Site features include: 1 picnic table, boat and canoe launch, 1 grill, a small designated parking area, 1 Trash Can. Located in the Village of Big Falls on County Hwy. G.
KELLER LAKE PARK
This 19-acre site is heavily wooded with a 21-acre lake on the Pigeon River that provides fishing and small boat usage. A dam and spillway are located in the park. Facilities include an open shelter, restrooms, picnic tables and trills, playground equipment, basketball courts and hiking trails. It is located in the town of Dupont, north of Waupaca on County Trunk E to County Trunk G, then north.
KINNEY LAKE
This one-half acre site is located on the southwest side of Kinney Lake. Site features include: Paved boat access, parking area, one picnic table, one trash can. Located on County Highway G, 4 miles east of the Village of Big Falls.
LEMBKE-LONG LAKE
This 1/4 acre site on the south shore of Lembke Lake off Long Lake Road provides direct access to Lembke Lake and indirect access via a navigable channel to Long Lake. This is a nice site with a picnic area in the middle. site features include: 2 picnic tables, boat launch, small grass parking area, hitching rail for horses, 1 trash can. Located in the Town of Dupont off County Highway S on Long Lake Road.
MARION PARK
This five-acre site was a former DOT wayside and provides canoe access to the Pigeon River. Site features include: 2 picnic tables, 3 grills, restrooms, paved parking area. Located approximately 4 miles east of Marion on Hwy. 45. PIGEON RIVER PARK
The north and south branch of the Pigeon River converge on this 40-acre site. Facilities include a parking area, trails and a footbridge. This park is located south of Marion on Knitt Road off of U.S. Highway 45.
